About Me
I have been passionate about fitness and sport for as long as I can remember; I started Weight Training at the age of 14 and my enthusiasm is still going strong 20 years later! My all time favourite activity is running; sprinting still gives me that amazing ‘buzz’, that adrenaline rush. I have taken part in many other sports and activities including Rugby, Boxing, Kick Boxing and Circuit Training classes. These are just a few.
I have extensive knowledge of how the ‘body’ and ‘mind’ work together; this is due to my many years experience working with people who are experiencing mental health problems. My work and life experience has increased and strengthened my motivational skills. As a positive role model I can give you all the encouragement you need in order to achieve your goals.
